Alongside its recycling work, it receives a steady stream of virgin, never-used premium components pocket coil systems, memory foams, organic fibers diverted straight from manufacturers before they ever reach a warehouse or showroom.

That stream becomes our materials pipeline. Where a traditional mattress company pays full price for components and then adds factory, distribution, and retail costs on top, we source the same grade of sustainable mattress materials at 50% to 75% less — and skip the middle layers entirely.
